Jaguar Land Rover, Whitely, Coventry

After much consultation with other installers & manufacturers, Remmers were chosen to produce a suitable flooring system to resurface over 15,000m2 at the Engineering Centre in Whitely.

The design brief was to provide a new resin flooring surface which was easy to clean, slip & scratch resistant with a silk finish that was also resistant to the chemical stains associated with a very busy automotive engineering facility. A proposed system was installed as a working sample for client testing & approval. Due to the high volume, fast paced work that is carried out at the facility, the works needed to be carried out over a 4 day schedule, enusring that only 1 working shift was lost throughout each phase of the refurbishment. Throughout the works 4M floors Limited were required to adhere to the stringent waste management policy utilised by the client.
