Car workshops are one of the many types of commercial settings where we install resin flooring. They require floors which can handle traffic from vehicles as well as high footfall. We recommend the epoxy resin system Monargrip for a lot of our car garage instalments. This product provides the right amount of grip within the floor to add tyre tread as well as general slip resistance. Monargrip is a very durable product and comes in a wide range of colours. The system has been trademarked by Monarch and for the past ten years has provided a durable surface to many well known car dealerships and their workshops.
This Monargrip resin flooring project was located in Bolton, Greater Manchester. The area was around 1,200sqm of the epoxy resin floor system. The building was a new build which has power floated concrete as its substrate. This is an ideal surface for the Monargrip so there was less preparation work than with an older flow. We met all of the clients timescales and completed the job in a timely manner. We also installed the Monargrip in a specially produced RAL colour on the clients behalf. The Monargrip system does have a wide range of colours as standard but we do take special requests if a particular finish is desired.
As you can see from the images, the job was a complete success.
