Hawksbury Lodge Coventry

IRL installed a decorative quartz screed to the floors and walls of 20 wet rooms during the refurbishment of an NHS residential unit in Coventry.

Hawkesbury Lodge provides rehabilitation services for people experiencing, and recovering from, mental illness. The unit is undergoing new investment worth around £200,000, designed to modernise facilities and extend the range of services offered on site. With the completion of works the facility will offer 20 beds compared to the 14 beds currently available, with much improved facilities for service users and staff alike. IRL Group has recently completed the creation of 20 wet rooms which involved the installation of Flowcrete’s Peran STB Classic to floors and walls. All works were carried out to a very tight programme impressing the client with IRL’s standard of work, attitude and flexibility.
