IFT appointed to carry out repairs at Stirling Sports Village

IFT was appointed as the main contractor  to carry out repairs to the Peak’s swimming pool in Stirling Sports Village.

IFT prepped the floors and walls to remove the old screed and render, and then installed Mapei Epo Rip with Mapei topcem for screed to tie in with the pool inlets to allow for tiling. Mapei Planitop 330 was applied for render to tie in with the bull nose of the top tile, and Mapei Lastic was used for all base and walls for waterproofing.

The 25-metre baths are due to open again in March 2019.
