IFT complete flooring works at new luxury Riverford Gardens development in Glasgow

Contracted by CCG Homes, the IFT team installed screed at their new Riverford Gardens development in the south side of Glasgow.

The team installed 1350 sqm of 50-100 mm sand and cement screed in the stair cores and landings of the luxury new build apartments, as well as 700 sqm of 60-200 mm screed in the garages.

CCG Homes is developing a mix of 156 luxury homes and apartments on the stunning riverside location. The contemporary city-living homes will be highly energy efficient encouraging long-term energy savings, and are within walking distance of Pollok Country Park.
