The floor at leading aerospace, defence and energy suppliers, Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems, is subject to constant industrial traffic and they called on Zenith Pola Flooring Services to provide an economic yet durable floor finish to protect the substrate.

Meggitt is a leading supplier of extreme environment components and smart sub-systems for aerospace, defence and energy markets. Due to the environment they work in, the floor is prone to constant industrial traffic. Zenith Pola Flooring Services were called upon to provide them with an economic yet durable floor finish to protect the substrate. Zenith Pola Flooring chose their own materials to carry out the works. Once all necessary preparation had been carried out to clean and abrade the substrate, ZenRite Coat Light, a water-based primer, was used to prime the surface. Once the primer coat had cured, a top coat of ZenRite Coat Industrial, our high-build epoxy coating, was applied to provide a durable yet aesthetically pleasing finish. This is our most durable of coatings, which delivers a nominal thickness of approximately 250 microns per coat. Yellow demarcation lines were then applied in ZenRite Line Marking Paint to denote walkways and safe zones. This is a specially formulated line marking paint for minimal creep at the line edge.
