Vehicle Storage Warehouse by Monarch

As well as automotive garages and MOT centres, Monarch Resin Floors also install resin flooring to vehicle storage warehouses across the UK.

Resin is a very versatile material and is often used in all aspects of the automotive trade including warehouses which store the vehicles. In this vehicle storage warehouse at Hull, Monarch Resin Floors installed Monarcoat 720 to an area of approx. 400sqm in one of their standard grey colours. Along with the grey, a green gangway with pedestrian symbols was also installed at the entrance. This was to indicate that the green area was to be used by pedestrians only, for health and safety.

The Project

Monarch also installed a crossing area which leads pedestrians from the gangways safely to the entrances/exits. The photos below show that the finished floor was a great success. The Monarcoat 720 created a hard wearing surface which was fit for the vehicle traffic. It also meant that the floor was a fully sealed and seamless floor which could be easily cleaned and or sanitised.
